About the Tearoom

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW

Hours of operation- We are open any day of the week as long as we have 5 or more guests w/reservations. Call 352.535.8510 to make a reservation.  

We will take walk-ins on a FCFS until 1pm, if we have availability. 

​

We offer a Full Afternoon Tea.
$35-40 for adults. 

We LOVE our tiny guests, but do not have space for high chairs and there are many breakables both on and off the tables. We ask that you consider other patrons if bringing a small child. Most of our guests are looking for a serene, peaceful environment and that is sometimes difficult to achieve with infants/young children.

The menu varies throughout the seasons as we strive to offer only the freshest items.

The Full Afternoon Tea consists of four different finger sandwiches (these may vary ) egg salad topped w/bacon on brioche, rotisserie or cranberry chicken salad on croissant, pimento cheese on a garden vegetable cracker w/radish and green olive stuffed w/ feta, cucumber sandwiches on crustless white bread w/dill or tzatziki spread, fresh fruit and an array of delicious desserts. We also serve homemade scones w/cream and jam. In addition you may request soup or salad for an extra $5 per person. This request MUST be made when you reserve your teatime.

​We offer PB&J sandwiches, cheese stick, chips, cookies, fruit and lemonade for our younger tea enthusiasts.

We offer over 70 delectable teas and serve tea by the cup instead of by the pot. This allows each guest to choose flavors ( up to three ) that appeal to their specific taste. Due to the extensive selection, our tea list is viewed using a QR code, located at each table.

Our main dining room comfortably seats 24-26 guests.  We also have a private party room that seats up to 9 and is completely separate from the main dining area.

Tea times are 90 mins- 2hrs ( we never want you to feel rushed ) 🌻

 If you have 20 guests in your party or pay for 20, you have the option of requesting the tearoom all to yourself at no additional cost. 

We host many large parties ( 10+ )and weekends fill quickly so it’s best to reserve your teatime as soon as possible.

We DO take a credit card to hold ALL reservations but do NOT charge the card unless you are a no show. We add 20% gratuity for parties of 6 or more. We require a final count 48 hours prior. NO EXCEPTIONS. We will try our best to contact you, but it is YOUR responsibility to confirm your reservation. We are a very small business and it is detrimental to take a reservation for 8-9 guests and only half show up. 😞 Often the food for your party is purchased 48hrs prior and we may not have another party/event for several days. If no confirmation is provided 48hrs prior to your teatime then the original reservation number requested will be charged the day of.

We understand emergencies arise but we ask that you also understand it is near impossible for a reservation based business to offer same day cancellations. However, upon request, we are more than willing to make a to-go box for the guest/s that couldn’t attend. We are not trying to unjustly take anyone's money, but rather keep our business open. We greatly appreciate your understanding and supporting The Tea Room. 

The Tea Room of Keystone Heights is a delightful dining destination where guests enjoy connecting over a beau-tea-ful  tradition in a relaxing environment with family and friends.

We have a large gift shop with many unique tea themed items,  lots of tea and custom personalized gifts as well. You may browse the gift store anytime we are open simply by entering through the tea room. Due to the lack of walk-ins our business receives we do not have set hours for the gift shop at this time.
